For over 100 years, WEA Co has opened doors to education for people from all backgrounds and experiences. Through The Community College and Novo Education, we create opportunities to learn, grow, and belong, so every person has the chance to shape their future.
The Community College by WEA Co offers accessible, inclusive courses that do more than teach. They build pathways to work, independence, and personal fulfilment. From digital literacy to nationally recognised qualifications, every program is designed to meet real needs and make a real difference.
Novo Education is a safe, supportive school for Years 9–12 students who have stepped away from mainstream education. Here, learners find understanding, rebuild confidence, and discover new possibilities through an approach that is trauma-informed, inclusive, and centred on each young person’s potential.
We deliver accessible learning for adults of all ages through The Community College. From digital literacy to accredited training, our programs help people gain skills, confidence, and opportunities to participate fully in life and work.
Novo Education offers an inclusive, wellbeing-first school environment for students in Years 9–12 who need something different. It’s a place to rebuild confidence, reconnect with learning, and plan for the future.
We design education that’s practical and responsive, supporting learners to upskill for employment, adapt to change, and meet personal goals. Our training pathways open doors to further study, work, or independence.
